Our bodies endure so much.
Daily. We work, we try and keep up with the world, we feel so much emotion and tension which all plays into our physical body too. Women menstruate / ovulate and give birth, with that comes the recovery, the labour and of course, the pregnancy. We need to give ourselves more credit. We need to honour what we are and who we are becoming. I know this can be hard to do.
